Viral Agents: Viral agents are viruses that can be transmitted through airborne, ingestion, or injection. A variety of viruses cause allergic reactions, including rotavirus, meningococcus, adenoviruses, Epstein-Barr virus, herpes, hepatitis, and proviruses. To determine whether a virus causes your allergies, notify your health care provider immediately. Viral antibodies can also be detected by using the Antibody Rapid Test Kit.
Diagnostic Requirements: Only non-infectious elements should be introduced into the patient’s body. The Antibody Rapid Test Kit should not contain colloidal gold or any colloidal silver components. Your physician determines the diagnostic procedures and specifications of the Antibody Rapid Test Kit. You will receive detailed instructions and periodic laboratory tests to confirm your allergy and other factors.
Clinical Information: There is currently no recognized standard for diagnosing an immunological hypersensitivity reaction. Allergy tests are based on the results of titer-testing the patient using a serologic blood test called the RIA test (specifically the IgG1 subglandular test for hypersensitivity) and/or by ELISA and EIA (endoscopic enzyme immunoassays). The clinical information provided in this PDR should be interpreted in the particular allergens causing the symptoms.
Sampling Collection: The Antibody Rapid Test Kit includes instructions for use and precautions to collect the serum samples. Allergic reactions may include wheezing, difficulty breathing, swollen eyes and lips, increased heart rate, coughing, and shortness of breath. If the antibody rapid test detected a positive result, the appropriate sample should be collected immediately from the respective patient and sent for laboratory confirmation through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA and EIA).
Samples should be sent for laboratory confirmation through the Diagnostic and Statistical laboratories‘ cleared panel as per the recommended guidelines. The clinical laboratory staff should perform rashes as indicated by the manufacturer against possible allergens. For rapid testing, samples should be enclosed in plastic bags having tight-fitting lids. The patient should also be instructed to avoid exertion for two hours after receiving the test kit. The antigens should be allowed to settle for up to three weeks before they can be shipped.
